The Job Comments feature is a powerful tool for enhancing collaboration and communication within your team. This feature allows team members to engage in real-time discussions related to specific jobs, facilitating seamless communication and information sharing.

File Attachments
Share images and PDF documents within the chat, making it easy to collaborate and provide additional context.
2️⃣ To attach a PDF Document, click on “PDF” in the attachment options list
3️⃣ Select the PDF document that would like to attach
4️⃣ You can include a message with the attachment or mention a team member. When finished, hit “Send” to post the message
The attached PDF document can be viewed or further shared within the app
1️⃣ Tap on the “PDF” card to open the attachment
2️⃣ Click on the “Share” button to send the PDF to others (e.g. Clients) via email, WhatsApp, etc.
2️⃣ Choose "Image(s)" from the options
3️⃣ Select the image you want to attach and click on "Add"
OR
3️⃣ Select multiple images to attach and then click on "Add"
4️⃣ You can add a comment in the text input box or mention a team member, and then hit “Send”

Linking to Template Documents
Connect comments directly to relevant Template Documents for the job, streamlining your workflow
1️⃣ Tap on the “Attachment” icon
2️⃣ Choose "Template Document" from the options
3️⃣ Scroll to navigate the Document you want to link and then click on it
4️⃣ You can add a comment in the text input box or mention a team member, and then hit “Send”
Team members can simply click on the linked document to instantly open it for editing or approval
