You can add a new job (site) on the Energy Warehouse app by following the simple steps below:
1️⃣ Open the Energy Warehouse app and select the Home icon
2️⃣ Click on “Add Job”
3️⃣ You can use the Location bar to search for the address of the site you would like to add via Google Maps
You can also add the details manually by enabling the “Manually enter details” toggle
4️⃣ Type the address of the site in the search bar and select the correct location in the results bar
5️⃣ You can update any information left out by the search and click on “Save” when you’re done
Select “Tap to overwrite enter GPS coordinates” if you want to manually add the coordinates
6️⃣ Select an existing contact or search the contact you would like to link to the new site
You can use the “New Contact” button to manually add a new contact to the site
If no client should be linked you can skip this step by selecting “Skip”
You have the option to also add your own job title, description and reference number
7️⃣ Click on the Date or Time to update
Review all job details from previous steps
8️⃣ Click “Create Job”
9️⃣ If all went well you should see the “Job created” banner at the top of your screen
