Cancel your subscription by following the steps below:
1️⃣ Head to https://app.ew.energy/ and login with the same details you've set up on the app.
You can do this on your phone or desktop
2️⃣ Click on the “burger menu (≡)” button in the top left corner
3️⃣ Click on “💳 Subscription”
4️⃣ Scroll to the bottom of the subscription page
5️⃣ Click “Cancel Subscription”
6️⃣ Select a reason for cancelling the subscription
You can select “Other” to provide a custom reason
7️⃣ Click “Confirm Cancellation”
Only an Admin user can cancel the subscription
The subscription status will now display as “Cancelled”
If you change your mind at a later stage, you can reactivate your subscription by clicking on “Choose Plan” below your preferred subscription plan.
When you cancel your subscription, your data will be stored for up to 6 months. After this period, we cannot guarantee the retention of your data.
