Certificate numbers?

Official documents require a unique number to be assigned to each. Energy Warehouse automatically generates these numbers for each Final document generated.

If a document is unapproved you will only have access to a sample document
A sample document will display “Document Not Locked” in the “Certificate No” section
After a document is Approved & Locked you’ll be able to generate a final document

A final document will display a unique “Certificate No” generated by the Energy Warehouse app. This number is assigned to the document as soon as the document is locked.

Referencing other documents

You can reference a report to the original document by using the unique certificate number
e.g referencing a photo report to a COC
